General Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Introductory provisions

These Terms govern the rights and obligations between the operator Peter Valašik (the "Operator") and the user of the service available at vnoria.com (the "Service" or "VNORIA").

2. Nature of the Service

VNORIA is a digital service providing symbolic AI interpretations inspired by Slavic mythology (personal prophecy, cards of fate, whisper of dreams, today's sign and additional features). Interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and serve exclusively for entertainment, inspiration and self-reflection.

The Service is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional assistance. Interpretations are not factual predictions of the future.

3. AI interpretations and Book of Fate

• The user provides input (topic, question, dream description, etc.) from which AI generates the interpretation.
• Completed interpretations are stored in the user's private Book of Fate. The user may delete them at any time.
• The user acknowledges that the same input may lead to different outputs (non-deterministic nature of AI).

4. Registration, account and security

• Registration is free. The user signs in via magic-link email or Google.
• The user is responsible for protecting access to their email and account.
• The Operator may limit or terminate the account if the user violates these Terms or the law.

5. Pricing model — Credits

Access to paid content is based on credits. One credit corresponds to one successfully completed AI interpretation.

One-time packs

• 1 kredit — €0,99 (1 credits)
• 3 kredity — €1,99 (3 credits)

VNORIA+ subscription

• Týždenná cesta — €2,99 / 7 dní (7 credits)
• Mesačná cesta — €6,99 / mesiac (30 credits)

6. Meaning and use of a Credit

• A credit is consumed upon successful completion of an AI interpretation.
• A credit is non-transferable to another user and is not exchangeable for money.
• The first personal prophecy is free for a new user without using a credit.

7. Automatic subscription renewal

• The subscription is automatically renewed at the beginning of each billing period (7 days for weekly, 1 month for the monthly plan).
• Upon each renewal the full subscription price is charged and the corresponding number of credits is added.
• Payment is processed via Stripe. The user receives a confirmation by email.

8. Subscription cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time via: Cancel subscription (/account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period — the service and credits remain active until then.

9. Fate of credits after cancellation

• Credits purchased in a one-time pack remain on the account and do not expire.
• Credits granted from a subscription are valid only during the billing period; unused subscription credits expire at the end of the period and are not replaced.
• Subscription credits are visibly separated in the account from one-time credits.

10. Failure of AI generation

A credit is only *reserved* from the wallet at the start of generation and consumed only upon successful completion of the interpretation. If generation fails or is interrupted by a technical error, the reservation is automatically released and the credit is not consumed.

11. Availability and technical requirements

• The Service is available online, 24/7, except for necessary outages and maintenance.
• A modern web browser is required (latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and a stable internet connection.
• The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability; it makes reasonable efforts to ensure it.

12. Complaint about digital performance

A complaint can be filed by email to vnoria.slavic.oracle@gmail.com or via the contact form. The Operator will handle the complaint within 30 days. More info: Complaints and withdrawal.

13. Withdrawal from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content whose delivery starts before the withdrawal period expires, this right expires only provided that the consumer gave explicit consent to start performance and was informed of the loss of the right. 14. User rights to their inputs

The user remains the sole owner of their inputs (questions, texts, dream descriptions, palm photos). They grant the Operator only a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely for the purpose of processing the input and creating the relevant interpretation and displaying it to the user in their Book of Fate. The Operator does not use inputs to train AI models.

15. Prohibition of entering third-party personal data

The user may not enter personal data of third parties (names, contacts, medical or other sensitive information) without their demonstrable authorization. The user is solely responsible for the content of their inputs.

16. Account termination and deletion

The user may terminate their account and have their data deleted at any time in the Account section or request deletion by email at vnoria.slavic.oracle@gmail.com. Unused one-time credits are non-refundable (except in cases of withdrawal under point 13).

17. Governing law

The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. These Terms do not limit the consumer's mandatory rights arising from Act No. 250/2007 Coll. and other consumer-protection legislation. Any disputes may also be resolved through ADR — see Operator.
