Complaints and withdrawal from contract
The Slovak version is the legally binding one. Translations into other languages are informative.
1. Complaint procedure
- You can file a complaint by email at vnoria.slavic.oracle@gmail.com or via the contact form.
- Include: identification (account email), description of the defect/problem, date it arose, screenshots or the order/payment number from the Stripe confirmation.
- The operator will confirm receipt without undue delay and decide on the complaint within 30 days at the latest from receipt.
- We will inform you of the outcome by email.
2. Complaints contact

3. Information on the right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract (for services / digital content).
Send the withdrawal by email to vnoria.slavic.oracle@gmail.com or by post to the operator's address. The time limit is met if the withdrawal is sent before it expires.
Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content: If you have expressly consented to the provision of digital content beginning before the withdrawal period ends (e.g. instant AI reading after purchasing a credit) and have been informed that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, that right is extinguished to the extent of the performance already provided. Unused credits remain refundable.
4. Model withdrawal form
The model form is here: Withdraw from contract. Using this particular form is not mandatory.
5. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you have the right to turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity:
