Community guidelines

Vnoria is a place for quiet, honest sharing. These rules apply to all content — board posts, comments, reactions, profiles, Anatomy of Me, circles and private messages. They apply equally to text, photographs and content created with Vnoria AI.

1. Respect and dignity

People arrive here with vulnerable things. Respond the way you would want someone to respond to your hardest memory.

• Do not belittle another person's experience, faith or feeling.
• Do not comment in order to mock or provoke.
• Do not spread private things shared with you in a message or a circle.

2. No threats, bullying, hate or harassment

• Threats of violence, intimidation and stalking are forbidden.
• Hateful content targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation or age is forbidden.
• Repeated unwanted contact after being blocked or asked to stop is forbidden.
• Coordinated campaigns against an individual are forbidden.

3. Zero tolerance for sexual content involving minors

Any sexual or sexualised content depicting a minor is absolutely forbidden. Such content is removed immediately, the account is terminated without warning and the matter is reported to the competent authorities.

4. Other people's personal data

• Do not publish another person's address, phone, e-mail, documents, health or financial data.
• Do not publish private communication with a third party without their knowledge.
• When you write about people close to you — for example in Anatomy of Me — prefer initials or a nickname.

5. Impersonation

Do not present yourself as another person, brand, authority or as an official Vnoria account. Parody or tribute must be clearly labelled at first glance.

6. Scams, spam and unsolicited advertising

• Fraudulent payment requests, “guaranteed” services, chain messages and mass sending are forbidden.
• Commercial promotion without our written consent is forbidden, including selling divination or spiritual services.
• Automated account creation, mass friend requests and artificially inflating reactions are forbidden.

7. Photographs and copyright

• Only upload photographs you hold rights to.
• Publish a photograph of another person only with their consent — never in a sensitive context without their knowledge.
• Do not publish someone else's text, illustration or music without the author's consent.
• If someone used your photograph or work without permission, report it — we will review and, where justified, remove it.

8. Sensitive content and self-harm

Pain may be spoken about. Encouraging harm may not.

• Content that encourages, glorifies or instructs self-harm, suicide or eating disorders is forbidden.
• Never publish graphic imagery of injury.
• If you are in immediate danger, Vnoria is not a crisis service — call 112 or your local crisis line.

9. Circle administrators

• The administrator is responsible for the circle following these rules.
• An administrator may moderate content in the circle but must not use it for pressure, retaliatory exclusion or commercial promotion.
• Do not carry content of a private circle outside it.

10. Measures we may take

Depending on severity and repetition we may:

1. hide the content from the public,
2. remove the content,
3. restrict specific features (publishing, comments, messages or Vnoria AI),
4. temporarily suspend the account,
5. terminate the account for serious or repeated breaches.

We inform you of the measure together with the reason, unless the law prevents us or it would jeopardise an investigation.

11. Reporting and review of a decision

• Every post, comment, profile, message and public part of Anatomy of Me offers a Report option.
• We assess each report and inform the reporter of the outcome.
• If you disagree with our decision, you may request an internal review — write via the contact form.
• This does not affect your right to turn to a court or a competent authority.
